Active bystander Campaign: The Sexual Violence Support & Prevention Office (SVSPO) is leading a campaign on active bystander intervention from November 1-12. Customized workshops at SVSPO: Did you know that SFU’s Sexual Violence & Prevention Office (SVSPO) offers customized workshops for graduate students and Teaching Assistants? We would like to invite you to consider offering a workshop on Responding to Disclosures of Sexual Violence or Bystander Intervention for your student Caucus, as an opportunity for professional and personal development. The SVSPO’s education team will work with you to tailor these standard workshops to existing PD opportunities or engaging programs.

The GSS is hiring Administrative Assistants! The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Executive Director and members of the Executive Committee to provide logistical and administrative support to the GSS and our members. They are expected to work collaboratively and communicate with their fellow administrative assistant to ensure that all tasks are performed as efficiently as possible.
Applicants must be enrolled as graduate students at SFU. Please submit your application using our online form HERE by November 22, 2021, at 11:59 pm. Applications will be reviewed starting November 15, 2021. The full job description may be found on the form.
