Mental Health Well-Being Blurb
Hey Grads, did you know Health and Counseling hosts weekly guided meditation sessions?! Every Wednesday from 12:30-1:20pm in Burnaby and every Tuesday from 4:30-5:15pm at Harbour Centre a knowledgeable mediation practitioner will lead you through a 50 minute relaxation routine. This is a great way to get into mediation if you have no or limited experience. I personally meditate 10-15 minuets every day, sometimes longer, and I have found it makes quite the impact in my awareness, focus, stress level, self-control, and overall mental well-being. So come on, try something different. You could leave with a new, healthy, and lifelong routine!
In Burnaby, the classes are held on Wednesdays from 12:30-1:20pm in Group Room 1 and 2 MBC 0101. Downtown, the classes are held on Tuesdays from 4:30-515pm in Wellness Studio Room 253. For more information click here.
