Hello, Graduate Students!
The GSS is holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, February 25, at 4:30 pm.Β This year’s meeting will be held in a hybrid fashion:
In-person: SFU Burnaby Campus – AQ3154
Online: A Zoom link will be forwarded to anyone signing up at least two hours before the meeting.
The meeting is open to all members in good standing of the Society (typically, those who have paid the GSS fee) and is one of the most important events of the year for the GSS’s general membership. All members with an SFU email account and verified student ID number may join us online/via Zoom but should RSVP at least two hours before the meeting. We will strive to include anyone who filled out the RSVP late but may not be able to verify the information in time for the meeting. Due to the capacity of the available room at SFU, a maximum of 100 members can attend in person. Unfortunately, due to SFU and fire marshal regulations, we cannot make any exceptions in this matter.
Please RSVP here (link will be posted soon).
The full agenda for this meeting may be found below.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please get in touch with our Director of Student Life at student-life@sfugradsociety.ca.
We look forward to seeing you at the AGM!
P.S. A post-AGM reception (More details to follow)
