AGM 2026

Hello, Graduate Students!

The GSS is holding its 2026 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, February 24, at 5:00 pm.Β This year’s meeting will be held in a hybrid fashion:

In-person: SFU Burnaby Campus – AQ3153

Online: A Zoom link will be sent to anyone who signs up at least 2 hours before the meeting.

The meeting is open to all members in good standing of the Society, typically those who have paid the GSS fee, and is one of the most important events of the year for the GSS’s general membership. All members with an SFU email account and verified student ID number may join us online via Zoom but should RSVP at least two hours before the meeting. We will try to include anyone who filled out the RSVP late, but we may not be able to verify the information in time for the meeting. Due to room capacity at SFU, a maximum ofΒ 100Β members can attend in person.Β Unfortunately, due to SFU and fire marshal regulations, we cannot make any exceptions in this matter.

Please RSVP here.

The full agenda for this meeting is below (Tentative).

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact our Director of Student Life at student-life@sfugradsociety.ca.

We look forward to seeing you at the AGM!
